We offer free delivery on all orders across India. No minimum order value, no hidden charges. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India through our trusted courier partners. If your pin code is not serviceable at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange delivery.
At this time we do not ship internationally. All orders must be delivered to an Indian address.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather, or courier delays. We will notify you if there is a significant delay with your order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Here is what to expect after you place your order:
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are typically processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on Sundays and public holidays are processed the next working day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after payment is successful.
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the courier partner's website.

Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your Carza purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original sealed condition, and in its original packaging.
Eligible for return:
- Products that are unopened and in their original, undamaged packaging.
- Products received in a damaged or defective condition (reported within 48 hours of delivery).
- Incorrect products delivered (wrong item or quantity).
Not eligible for return:
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially used.
- Products returned after the 7-day window from the date of delivery.
- Products that are not in their original packaging or show signs of tampering.
- Returns initiated without prior approval from our customer support team.
How to Initiate a Return
To return an item, follow these steps:
Email support@carzaindia.com or WhatsApp us at +91 95446 62353 with your order number and reason for return. Do not send the item back without approval.
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If approved, you will receive a Return Authorisation Number and instructions.
Securely pack the product in its original packaging. Include your order number and Return Authorisation Number inside the package. Ship it to the address provided by our team.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or our error, in which case we will arrange and cover the return pickup.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.
- The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider — typically 3–5 additional business days.
- Shipping charges, if any were applied to the original order, are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error.
If you have not received your refund within 10 working days of approval, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- A clear photograph of the product and the packaging showing the issue.
- A brief description of the problem.
For all defective, damaged, or incorrect orders, we will cover the full return cost and offer either a replacement or a complete refund — whichever you prefer.
